After Dumbledore places Harry Potter on the Dursley's doorstep that eventful night (October 31 1981) Minerva McGonagall, not approving of Albus Dumbledore's decision to place young Harry on the Dursley's doorstep, kidnapped the youth-filled Potter and placed him with a deserving family.
