The title is inspired by that scene at the end of Order of the Phoenix after [SPOILER ALERT] Sirius dies: "Harry, suffering like this proves you are still a man! This pain is part of being human-" "THEN-I-DON'T-WANT-TO-BE-HUMAN... I'VE HAD ENOUGH, I'VE SEEN ENOUGH, I WANT OUT, I WANT IT TO END, I DON'T CARE ANYMORE-" "You do care," said Dumbledore. "You care so much you feel as though you will bleed to death with the pain of it" "I-DON'T!" Harry screamed. "Oh yes, you do," said Dumbledore, still more calmly. "You have now lost your mother, your father, and the closest thing to a parent you have ever known. Of course you care." [Order of the Phoenix/pg 824/J.K. Rowling] This fic will be a dimension-hop story where Harry discovers a parent's love for the first time, healing from his past, and some wild plot reveals/Horcrux hunting mania. Takes place immediately after Bill and Fleur's wedding (aka Harry's seventeenth birthday). Series

Oneshot about Harry finding himself after the war and finally coming home. It's fluffy, hints of a romantic relationship but you can ignore. I do not believe there is a need for a trigger warning but please notify me if I should put one. I suppose I could turn this into a real story but it probably won't happen. Enjoy!

trigger warning for panic attack In which Harry is anxious and traumatised, Ron is furious, Sirius is a prisoner in his old childhood home and Molly Weasley lets her motherly instincts override common sense. Where Molly and Sirius realise they've been arguing about Harry and his feelings so much they forget to actually check in on him, and Ron gets protective.
