She came out the moment Hagrid arrived to pick up Harry Potter, take him to Dumbledoor, and drop him off at the Dursley's. What they didn't expect was for there to be another child. When Hagrid saw her and went to grab her to take her with him, it was too late. Voldemort had grabbed baby Haley, and dissaperated, leaving Hagrid astonished and confused.
