The Barry Allen of Earth-2 wasn't exactly sure how he had expected his day to end, but this wasn't it. Then again, he wouldn't have been surprised to end his day in the morgue, so maybe this was better. Alternatively, when Barry finds an injured and dying Killer Frost, he makes a decision. But little does he know that his decision will set off a chain of events that will not only change his fate, but the fate of his entire world.

What is strength of will without the pain of perservance? Barry Allen wasn't ready to die that faithful night he confronted the monster known as Zoom in front of his entire team and the rest of the Central City, but that didn't mean he wasn't willing to. Though, fate seemed to find a much harsher way to provide retribution for his overconfidence in a way no speedster ever would've thought in their wildest nightmares to come true; For his entire waist down to become paraylzed, including his legs. Two weeks after the hauntingly humilating event of the century that was The Flash's televised defeat, Barry finds himself with a simple decision to make. One which will possibly determine how he'll spend the rest of his life; To accept his friends' encouragement and believe in himself that there's light on the other side of his injuries or fall victim to the darkness which creeps so closely behind his heart's every beat, threatening to consume the very man who was once his city's guardian angel. AU where Barry and Cisco are friends

(Season 2 of The Flash) After the singularity is closed and another loved one has been lost, hard times were in store for all of the team members. A break between the team was needed, and no communication between the team was made. After many months of silence and little Flash action, they decide to get the team back together. It was hard for them to get back into the swing of things, but they managed. The threat of a new enemy brings fear and terror to the city, and "The Flash" and "Flashette" are the only ones who can stop him. His name is: "Zoom." With Zoom on their radar, as well as the daily meta or two, The Flashes have a busy schedule. Still working at CCPD, this duo continues to live as normal of a life as possible, as well as continuing to keep secrets. Using the knowledge and memories of the past, they continue living their life, as well as use that knowledge against the present day problems. Continue following Chloe's story and see how she deals with the new chapters in her life. Following season 2 of the Flash, Chloe, Barry, and the Team face off many more metas and even more challenges. Some they thought they never would have expected.
