It was commonly known in the Wizarding World that soulmates were a real thing. Questioning it was like questioning Magic itself. Of course there were the sceptics, but even they would eventually see reason and accept soulmates for what they were. This fic was inspired by two challenge prompts by Crystal M. Key on fanfiction dot net; firstly that belief makes anything possible, and another where Harry has a life goal of becoming a Pokémon Master. She also kindly served as beta for the draft of the first three chapters (I wanted to surprise her with the ending to the fic).

After talking with his Squib neighbor, Mrs. Figg, Harry decides he's done with the magical world. He still loves magic, but having to deal with all of their problems as a kid just seems like a bit much. Mrs. Figg has given him a lot of valuable information that he puts to use. Harry visits the bank, withdraws money, and then heads on his merry way. He buys some necessary supplies from both the magical and muggle world before hopping on the tube and hoping to find a new place to live. A very small village by the name of Oppilum sounds good. There's a stretch of unused forest he can claim as family land and set up a house there. Perhaps he'll grow a garden, maybe even take care of a few farm animals..... ---------------------------------------------------------- Basically, Harry finds out he's supposed to be important to the not-yet brewing war, so he runs away to a small muggle town. He befriends the townspeople. Harry has to make up a story about a sick grandfather who can't leave the house to avoid suspicions about him living alone. This story is really just Harry getting a support system via an entire town and living his life. There are some sad parts, more happy parts, but it's an overall calm story.

This is story is about the friendship between Luna and harry

After the death of his parents, Harry is adopted by Severus Snape. Growing up in the wizarding world leads to friendships with people like Draco Malfoy, being sorted into Slytherin House, and meeting a very interesting girl who belongs in the moons. Being brought up by known "former" Death Eaters comes with its own problems, but Draco has always had his summer escape to his best friend, Harry Potter's house. As he starts school and is faced with the intriguing nature of Hermione Granger, Draco must decide what values he truly believes in. Through a seventeen year journey, Harry and Draco find out what happens when your nurture becomes your nature.

This is a book that takes place after the Hogwarts books, it doesn't follow canon. Harry isn't with Ginny but with Luna. I'll give a warning of there's a smut chapter but I doubt there will be, but IDK. The rest will be explained in the story.
