What should be a welcome touch sends mental alarm bells ringing. He turns to see Cisco's eyes earnestly searching his, and it's so familiar. That's how he knows it's too late. Hartley gets stuck in a time loop and has to figure out how to change the day to save Cisco and the team.

Life was simple and sweet for the darling (y/n). As the little sister of Rob, Captain David Singh's fiance she lived with them and was practically their precious little angel. Everything was good until she was kidnapped. Walking to work at Central City Picture News as the official food critic journalist (y/n) was captured by an unnamed assailant. What will happen to (y/n) as the time progresses? Will her life change forever?

Everything starts to go wrong the day Cisco Ramon enters his life, or so he thinks at the time (things go wrong before that, Hartley later realizes - much much later once he has a more level-headed perspective on events). Things also get a lot more complicated and that doesn't ever stop being the case. The story (work in progress) of how everything left in Hartley's life crumbles around him and how he builds it up again, in two very different ways.
