What should be a welcome touch sends mental alarm bells ringing. He turns to see Cisco's eyes earnestly searching his, and it's so familiar. That's how he knows it's too late. Hartley gets stuck in a time loop and has to figure out how to change the day to save Cisco and the team.

Cisco has to cut his hair and Hartley's world is turned metaphorically upside down by this change.

During the pandemic, Hartley tries to help. He tries to keep going and do whatever he can, from a distance. Everything is going as well as can be expected, until his world comes crashing down with one phone call from Caitlin Snow. Warnings: Covid-19 related, near death experiences, Cisco whump, heavy angst (but with happy ending).

A collection for Hartmon ficlets and drabbles, started for the Hartmon Long Weekend but will probably be added to after that too. Chapter 1: "Just For Context" - He doubts Hartley would have said what he did if he knew the implications AKA Hartley's knowledge of Spanish isn't perfect, leading to flangst.

Things also get a lot more complicated and that doesn't ever stop being the case. The story (work in progress) of how everything left in Hartley's life crumbles around him and how he builds it up again, in two very different ways.
