It's not entirely common for two witches to br born on the same day at the exact same time. But then again the Spellmans aren't normal witches. Sabrina loved the mortsal world, whereas Isadora tolerated it. When things start taking a turn for the worst the cousins will do anything for each other. And Sabrina will do anything to balance out Isadora, even if it means letting her date her ex.
