Issabella Harwood has never lived a normal life. She lives with her mum and her abusive dad, and ever since she was born, she has seen her mum being beaten by her dad, and them constantly arguing, but he has never really hit her, until now. Now that she is 14 and getting older, he has started to hit her just as hard as he hits her mother, but her mother never has the guts to leave him, even if it's best for her child. Issabella is depressed, and no one even knows. She's scared to tell her school teachers, because since she was younger, she has known that school will get social services involved and she will be taken away from her mum........ So she has no one to talk too, until social services do get involved, and Issabella has to go once every week and talk to her social worker at her house. When it gets even worst at home, she has to stay at her social worker, Sara's house for a while, but what will happen when she falls in love with her social worker Sara's oldest son, Harvey Mills, and now she finally has a friend to talk to, and though neither of them know yet, they both feel the same way about each other............... What if Harvey Mills, can save Issabella Harwoods smile......... Also to take her mind off of things, without thinking, Issabella and Harvey go to far and maybe she ends up pregnant at only 14 years of age................
