When Gwen inherits her late grandfather's neglected farm in Pelican Town, she sees it as a chance to rebuild not just the land, but also herself. As she settles into the rhythm of small-town life, Gwen begins to forge bonds with her new neighbours, discovering the joys and quirks of her tight-knit community. Among them, is Doctor Harvey, the mysterious and dedicated town doctor. There's something oddly familiar about him that Gwen can't quite place. Harvey, too, finds himself drawn to her. As the seasons pass, Gwen and Harvey's relationship changes and an unspoking longing develops. Can Gwen figure out where she's met him before?

Dr. Harvey leads a boring life. Then he meets Daniel, the new farmer in town. Daniel causes chaos in Harvey's quiet life, constantly getting injured, teasing him, and forcing Harvey out of his comfort zone.

A couple months ago, a new farmer moved to town, taking over the old farm. Then one day, Harvey receives several phone calls from the people of Pelican Town, who are concerned for the new farmer's health after they showed up to the saloon battered and bruised. So, doing what he does best, he grabs his gear and heads off to the farm to check on them.

Harvey is the doctor in Pelican town, but only because nobody else can do their job. It's a bit of a pity, really. In fact he wanted to be a pilot. But he couldn't see far enough to even start the training. Plus he was afraid of heights so that would of gone well. But when word got out that a new farmer was coming to Stardew Valley - one who didn't know anything about farming, no less - it took an instant to gain the interest of the townspeople who were already talking about them though they hadn't even arrived yet. So it seemed to him, with the way everyone talked about them as they walked through town and up to their home - that his future was sealed. A new farmer is coming to Pelican town.

Hello! It's been a WHILE since I've done any writing, so please forgive the quality. This is a first person fic with Harvey from Stardew Valley. Expect romance, slow burn, and angst!
