The Mergeverse is a fifty story long collection of short stories taking place in chronological order. It is multifandom and includes many others with some being quite odd or unique compared to other stories. Examples of worlds or fandoms included are Plants vs Zombies, Forsaken, and Super Mario, however there are many, many more. This is meant to be a horror comedy series, and will have graphic parts to it, so beware. Other than that enjoy reading :3

"I was going to tell you weeks ago but I got so distracted. What I mean to say is I'm leaving today." Then you stood up and looked back for one last time. "Happy Friendaversary, and farewell Gakupo." As you ran to your carriage where you thought you would leave forever and never see your childhood friend again. He chuckled and looked at the girl running away. "Someday, someday we will cross paths again. I guarantee it. Did you really think you could get away from me so easily?" He said in a low voice.

Kaito moves away from his home town without telling anybody, but when he shows back up years later he has a hard time coping. Kako Nene was a pop sensation back in 199X. Her music seemed ahead of its time, but that didn't stop her from being loved by everyone. She brought Japan and its culture into the public eye as well, showing love for her home country. Her last performance was on August 31...although that shouldn't have been, she still wanted to sing. Now, in 202X, music has faded deeper and deeper into lost nostalgia. No one really remembers Kako Nene. But everyone needs a sound of the future music to be released before the disappearance of music.

The newly-named Dark Woods Circus has arrived close to your isolated town, so you decide to attend one night on your own. While looking for the entrance to the circus tent, you fall into the begging of becoming the only hope for the circus "freaks" to live normally again. After almost becoming a cannibal's next meal, it will soon become your job to lift the curse that has been placed upon all of the circus performers.
