Set at the end of Last Sacrifice They thought life was back on track. Dimitri was a dhampir again, feeling and wanting to be with Rose. They were back at Court, having solved Queen Tatiana's murder, found Lissa's missing sibling, Lissa had been crowned Queen, and Tasha had been tried and executed.
