Serena Alden, a woman scarred by trauma, retreats to a secluded countryside estate hoping to escape her past. Her landlord, Lucien Vale, is a mysterious sculptor whose lifelike statues haunt the property. Each one resembles a woman who once lived there - and vanished.
As Serena tries to heal, she discovers eerie coincidences: her own face already sculpted in marble, missing person sketches that match the statues, and whispers of an organization known only as The Archive - a covert group obsessed with preserving "ideal memory" through art, erasure, and control.
Lucien claims he abandoned the Archive years ago, but his actions suggest otherwise. His attention turns obsessive. Serena doesn't know whether to trust him, fear him, or fall for him. Meanwhile, a former insider named Colm Dax tries to warn her - though he may be hiding his own motives.
Tensions rise as Serena discovers files marking her as Subject SA-019 - the next woman to be "sculpted." Her desperate escape leads her deep into the Archive's hidden Vault, where she exposes their secrets to the world using Lucien's own tools of memory.
In the aftermath, Colm uncovers a final unfinished statue - Serena's likeness - and vows to carry her story forward. Lucien, once the Archive's most devoted artist, begins sculpting in the open, no longer under orders.
