Aaliyah has always lived by her rules - a serious, disciplined girl with exams to ace, dreams to chase, and a love for her friends and everything delicate in life. From the perfect henna on her hands to the careful planning of events, she thrives in order, in beauty, in quiet control. Ayzaan Hameed Al-Rashid, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. A force of nature wrapped in wealth, power, and unshakable confidence. A soldier and a general and a prince soon to be a king with a heart caged by anger, a man who commands respect and bends the world around him - yet knows no one can truly reach him. When their worlds unexpectedly collide in Kano - at a wedding, amidst laughter, celebrations, and family drama - neither of them knows how much their lives are about to change. She's tasked with caring for her best friend, managing delicate traditions, and navigating the excitement of girls' night and henna designs. He's reluctantly attending a wedding he didn't even want to come to, moving at a speed faster than the world can catch, commanding attention with every glance, every word, every action. A handful of events. Endless sparks. Friendships tested. Loyalties challenged. And in the middle of it all, Aaliyah and Ayzaan begin to see each other - not as strangers, not as acquaintances, but as forces that could either collide or entwine. In a city where traditions meet modern chaos, where families hold power and secrets, and where one glance can change everything, how will two completely different worlds survive... or succumb to the pull between them? Romance. Drama. Friendship. Power. Chaos. Step into a world where nothing is simple, and hearts don't follow the rules.

Completed Hamma... I don't feel like eating." "Noor, eat that food now!" I said, my voice firm and commanding, cutting through the silence. She looked down at her plate, her eyes filled with reluctance. "Hamma, please... I'm not hungry. And... the food is too much for me to finish." "Noor, don't argue with me. I'm not your mate," I replied sharply. "You better eat that food, or I will force it down your throat. Trust me, I can do it." My words hung heavily in the air, a clear and unmistakable threat..... This is a story about two young people who were married without their consent, a union carried out with their parents' approval. ...So technically, it was an arranged marriage from their parents' perspective, but a forced marriage from theirs. He was far too arrogant for her liking, and she was far too stubborn and clumsy for his. Could this journey ever truly work...? We all have those cousins who can hardly be called family-more like cats and dogs. Sharing the same roof is nearly impossible, even when the rain pours endlessly. ⚠🚫⚠ WARNING: READ AT YOUR OWN PACE!!! This is a fictional story; all characters and events are imaginary, and any resemblance to real life is purely coincidental. It also explores forced marriage, is highlighting both its advantages and disadvantages-something parents should carefully consider before practicing it. Yours faithfully, The Writer

When Mualim collapses in the hospital, no one knows the truth: his heart isn't failing because of illness alone. It's breaking under the weight of expectations, manipulation, and a love he can't let go of. His mother is determined-Rasheeda or no one. His family's future, his business, even his reputation are tied to a girl he no longer loves. But Haldiya... Haldiya is his noor. His light in every darkness. The girl whose voice calms the storms inside him, whose smile he carries like a prayer, whose absence feels like suffocation. Yet she is also the girl he hurt the most... the girl who finally walked away. When Haldiya's final words cut through the phone "I'm tired of being your second choice. Leave me alone."Mualim's world shatters, sending him into the very emergency room where his parents beg for his life. It Ends Like This unravels a heartbreaking tale of forbidden love, family pressure, and the impossible choices between duty and desire. Set against the vibrant mix of Hausa elegance, Fulani pride, and modern romance, this story asks a simple question: How do you fight for the love Allah placed in your heart... when the world swears it's the love you cannot have? A story of love that healed, love that broke, and love that despite everything refuses to be forgotten. A sad ending, yes. But an unforgettable journey.
