That brought her father to accept her desire to marry Sani, a poor hamlet young man. Unfortunately, after this, Sani was caught fondling with Zulaihat who was Fati's bosom friend. At first Zulaihat hated Sani with the greatest degree of resentment but along the line somehow she either developed likeness for him or hatred that she went to Sani's house and attempted raping him, conniving with Ismail to call Fati's attention to what was happening and the location.
