after izuku is framed for stealing special documents from the school, he is kicked out of UA and sent to prison. but on the car ride there, the car crashes killing everyone in the car. including izuku. after his body was barried he opened his eyes realizing he was no longer in heaven. that is how the angel vigilante was born.
