Twenty three years after the solar flare, David has lived his life underground from the day he was born. The society he lives in gets ruled by the Raven, a tyran who uses the citizens of Fallout City as objects for whatever pleases him. Trying to protect his mother and sister from the hard life they are living, David gets caught while trying to steal medicine and is given the choice to work for the Raven, or else die. While his work as a scarecrow brings him far past his own boundaries, things the Raven makes his citizens believe are not what they seem. The strangers David brings home one day are the biggest proof of this, and they need to be kept a secret in order for David and his loved ones to survive...
