He captures an angel who is new to exterminating. Doing what Vox does best, making deals and shaking hands, he asks the angel to make him a clone, someone who thinks like him, someone with the same ambition and passion as him. But, unfortunately it doesn't work like that. There can't be an exact clone. You'd need the DNA of two people! So Vox plans a get-together with his overlord-buddy, the radio demon, and the two "Hit it off". Vox returns home to the angel and lets the angel free, only promising to not hunt him down and kill him personally if he doesn't bring the kid back. Now, Vox has got Swift, an intelligent but reserved little deer-boy with a passion for piano. When Vox sends Swift to the Hazbin Hotel to find his other 'father', the radio demon, to protect Swift, and to get him away from the danger looming over the TV demon's square head.

Mr. Lucifer Morningstar married his first wife, Lilith, twenty-three years ago. From their happy marriage three daughters were born: Charlotte and twins Razzle and Dazzle. But unfortunately one day Lilith passed away with her friend from a carriage accident. Mr. Morningstar grieved, but decided to take Lilith's friend's daughter Vagatha to his care as she didn't have any family left. Because four little daughters needed a mother Mr. Morningstar married his second wife who took the four girls as her own and eventually had one more with Mr. Morningstar; Helsa. Years passed, girls became beautiful young women and Mr. Morningstar got older. That's when he discovered that his property is entailed, meaning it can only be passed to a male heir. His wife doesn't have any inheritance, so the family faces becoming poor upon his death. Thus, it becomes Mrs. Morningstar's motivation to get at least one of her daughters marry well to have their future insured. Pride and Prejudice novel retelling with Hazbin Hotel characters.
