Alastor is now free of his contract from Rosie and is looking to expand his territory and power now that he has his new found freedom. However, in the time Alastor has been gone minor overlords have been able to gain the upper hand over bigger and more powerful overlords through the new technology of Angelic Steel. This technology was unavailable before the exterminations, however as this steel eternally kills off sinners any Overlord with enough bank can pay for the protection of Angelic Steel weapons to arm their goons with in order to prevent their territory being poached. Alastor has a secret fear of angelic steel after his battle with Adam, what he needs is a work around through the goons and the weapons in order to take on the Overlord themselves. Perhaps a mysterious sinner known as Lullaby with her unsual singing powers may be able to provide the solution to his power gaining problems? So upon calling Immidiate Murder Professionals, Blitzo has to find a way to confront the Radio Demon for Vox's healthy cash prize.
