The victim dies choking on it, these flowers grow in the lungs and sometimes plant roots into it. This is romatic love only though, so no very strong friendships. This can be surgically removed however, but than when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings towards that person will fade away and disappear, feeling nothing at all for them, rarely even feeling love for anyone at all anymore.
