Jayce Maclin is a boy who grows up living with powers and has to learn to survive in a world where power is dangerous his life changing abilities are unexpected in the capitol city, but half of the teens and children outside the capitol have powers. Thoughs that are caught with powers are either enslaved, or killed. Jayce finds a rebel group that is going against superblood and there vaccine.

We go through the life of a young man who has survive in a world that is unbearable for a human to live in were having powers is dangerous and people that don't have powers are rich and the worst powers are elements because there considered uncontrollable. Jayce has to protect his family from dieing or worse being enslaved, all while living in a rebellion.
