The trio were brought together by fate, and with a miracle, they transform as Precures to fight the forces of evil. Kanade, Nodoka, and Lala formed a group called "Cutie Girls Squad" with Emiru Aisaki, Erika Kurumi, Alice Yotsuba, and Yayoi Kise as their teammates. With Cutie Girls Squad formed, they encountered Celeste, the ruler of the Miracle Heart Kingdom. Celeste seeks help from them to save her world from her ex-friend Cadence, the Queen of Darkness, who fell from grace due to her greediness. While Kanade, Nodoka, Lala, and the rest of CGS Cast do their mission, they encounter Gabby Shiratori, Riku Ozora, and their fairy partners, namely Elijah and Liam. The whole CGS Casts must deal with the Yami Heart Gang, who works with Cadence.
