"Her skin without the scars is like the sky without its stars." •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••♡••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This is the story of a girl who fought when it would've been easier to surrender. An angel whose wings were torn apart before she learned to fly. She faced death in the face and said, "Fuck it. I won't go down without a fight". The world didn't deserve her light. And maybe that's why it tried so hard to put it out.

After years of learning, healing, and rediscovering what happiness meant, Mirabella and Austin finally felt settled in the family they'd built. Their home was full, their hearts were steady, and the future felt clear. Until one unexpected pregnancy - and one tiny girl named Loralie Rose - reminded them that life's most beautiful moments are often the ones you never planned. Now, with California sun warming their glitter‑dusted porch and the kids celebrating like confetti cannons, the house is louder, brighter, and more chaotic than ever. And just when they think they've found their new rhythm, Italian Nonna Rebecca arrives unannounced, armed with orange‑blossom hugs, a wooden spoon, and enough opinions to shake the neighborhood. She roasts Austin's "rebellious American equipment," smothers everyone in unsolicited baby advice, and declares that the next child better be named after her - sending the whole family into a spiral of laughter, disbelief, and coconut‑scented cuddles. Through the glitter storms, the late‑night feedings, and Austin's low velvet drawl whenever he's guarding his girls, Mirabella discovers that love doesn't just grow - it expands in ways you never expect. Unexpectedly Ours - because some miracles arrive uninvited, wrapped in sparkle, chaos, and a whole lot of Nonna shade.

Yvessirae Georgiana Ambrosio was born into privilege-known for her name, her brilliance, and the chaos she leaves behind. Expelled one too many times, her parents send her away to the province, hoping distance will teach her what discipline never could. Far from the city's noise and expectations, she finds herself in a world she doesn't understand-quiet roads, unfamiliar faces, and a life stripped of everything she's used to. It's the last place she wants to be. Until she meets him. In the simplicity of mud-stained paths and sunlit days, Yvessirae begins to change. For the first time, she learns how to stay, how to feel, how to become someone she's never been before. But just as her world begins to soften, her body starts to betray her. Diagnosed with an illness she never saw coming, she is forced to leave the only place that ever felt real-returning to the city she once ruled, before being taken even farther away for a surgery that could change everything. And in the end, she is left with a truth she never expected: Sometimes, the roads we never wanted to walk in... are the ones that lead us to the people we can't forget.

Not My Shame tells the story of a young woman whose life falls apart in a single night. She is nineteen, full of dreams, caught between school, work, love, and the wish to simply belong. But on November 14, 2021, what begins as a harmless walk turns into a night that changes everything. What remains afterward is more than pain. Memories that refuse to stay silent. Questions no one can answer. A trial that tears everything open again. And a truth that weighs heavier than any verdict. This book is not a story about weakness. It is the story of a survivor. Honest. Merciless. Fragile. And yet full of voice.

Charlie Linwood has always been alone. After his mother died when he was 12 years old and his father left Charlie and his 20 year old sister Ophelia into their own hands for another woman who strictly didn't want any children a year later, he was content with letting nobody past the boundaries of his own isolated bubble. Ophelia worked in two different jobs, and Charlie began to help at the age of 14 to sustain their lifestyle slightly more efficiently. Besides that, him being alone has created multiple sets of hobbies for him to busy himself with. One of them was journaling. Yet, he never wrote as any normal person would. He would write in poetry. In a way that would make his miserable life seem more imaginative in a sad, melancholic yet interesting aspect. Constructing his life into metaphors and similes to develop a point of view that isn't so boringly depressing. Lavinia Cresswell wasn't exactly a loner. She enjoyed being with people, any way to distract herself from her terrible home life. She lived with her aunt and uncle, after both her parents had passed away when she was fairly young and had no one left but them two. They were known for being disliked by all family members as they were unhealthy, abusive addicts, yet she had no choice. Lavinia had lived with their torment, yet despite having her group of friends, she seems to never be able to speak up about it. Her friends carry minor burdens, ones which Lavinia cares to prioritize because, well, they're her friends, yet despite all of that she's never felt seen by any of them at all. She's the one lingering in the back, weakly laughing to inside jokes she was never apart of, trying to tell a story but getting cut off and staying quiet to be respectful. Lavinia wasn't a loner, yet she felt so alone. A new school year, meaning new classmates. Fortunately, Charlie and Lavinia end up in the same classroom, and after years of never interacting, this year is when a spark will bloom for them both.

❗️mentions of childhood sexual abuse / eating disorder / drinking / childhood trauma. ❗️ In this slow-burn, angst-heavy story set in Hazbin Hotel, Alastor's carefully constructed control begins to fracture when the eating disorder he developed during an abusive childhood starts taking a visible toll. Starvation, alcohol, and untreated trauma quietly erode his body and mind while he insists he's "fine," using charm, intimidation, and even magic to keep others at a distance. As the people around him begin to sense something is wrong, Alastor doubles down on isolation-convinced invisibility is safer than vulnerability. But when the cracks become impossible to ignore, control slips in ways he can't manipulate away. At its heart, the story explores trauma, survival, denial, and what happens when someone who prides themselves on absolute control is forced to confront the fact that they might not be okay.

"They say school days are the best days of your life. For me, they were a ten-year sentence." Admission day felt like magic-the scent of new books, the crispness of a fresh uniform, and the promise of forever-friends. But magic fades fast when you're the one who can't keep up. In a world that only rewards the "competent," I quickly became invisible. Soon, the "forever-friends" became strangers, and the bright future I imagined turned into a cycle of isolation and red-inked failures. Caught between the weight of academic trauma and the sting of betrayal, I had forgotten what it felt like to be seen. I was just the boy on the last bench, a ghost in the corridor of my own life. Until one quiet friendship began to bloom in the darkest corner of the campus. A ray of hope in a decade of gray.

"It's hard to believe that a person is ill, with no stay in a hospital, bandage, or pill." Nook has a favorite person. But now, that person is gone, and the world feels like a strange, gray dream. How can someone be sick if they don't have a cast, a cane, or a stick? In this tender and honest children's story, Nook explores the confusing "why" of losing a loved one to a sickness that lived on the inside. Through a child's imaginative lens where those we love might be off swashbuckling with pirates or saving the distant world, My Favorite Person offers a brave way to talk about mental health, suicide, and the invisible battles people fight. It is a story for any child looking at the clouds and wondering where their favorite person went, and a tool for the grown-ups helping them find the answer. Age Range: Usually 3-8 years old. (Written after a very close loss and found it hard to find materials that actually explain this properly to a child in a way that they can understand, so I created my own story to share with those who were affected the most by loss and grief.)
