Dear Reader, The thoughts in my mind help me experience the lives I wish I had or hadn't, I live as characters, feelings and hopes through these thoughts. But sometimes these thoughts are too much, so I give them shape on the paper. I give the form of words to the chaos that goes on inside my mind. A short, haunting story about a man in his mid-thirties grappling with the aftermath of a decade-long love lost to jealousy, insecurity, and timing. Now, years later, he struggles with depression, addiction, and the ghost of a woman he can't forget, desperately searching for healing, but still haunted by the heartache that broke him.

Emma is now starting high school. She has her best friend Ashley and her childhood friend Katherine is back in her life. She also has her new friend Rachel.
