This is my book of short stories. I've always loved writing with a burning passsion and have poured my heart and soul into this. Really appreaciate you giving it a read! Story 1: My name is Samantha Kingsbury, at least that's what they told me, and anyone who asked It's been 4 years since I ate my last olive, and to this day I don't think I'll ever be able to again. 600 is the number of miles I was moved away, twelve is the number of inches I cut from my hair, thirty-six is the number of months since Jean was violently taken from me, and three. Three is the number of seconds since I thought about him last. In the 4 years he's been gone not a minute has gone by that I haven't thought about him, feared him, wondering when he'll find me, when he'll come back.
