Kanade Minamino, Nodoka Hanadera, and Lala Hagoromo are three best friends who has a passion for Girly Stuffs and Fashion. Kanade is Friendly and Mature, Nodoka is Sweet and Kind, and Lala is Intelligent and Down-to-Earth. The trio were brought together by fate, and with a miracle, they transform as Precures to fight the forces of evil. Kanade, Nodoka, and Lala formed a group called "Cutie Girls Squad" with Emiru Aisaki, Erika Kurumi, Alice Yotsuba, and Yayoi Kise as their teammates. With Cutie Girls Squad formed, they encountered Celeste, the ruler of the Miracle Heart Kingdom. Celeste seeks help from them to save her world from her ex-friend Cadence, the Queen of Darkness, who fell from grace due to her greediness. While Kanade, Nodoka, Lala, and the rest of CGS Cast do their mission, they encounter Gabby Shiratori, Riku Ozora, and their fairy partners, namely Elijah and Liam. The whole CGS Casts must deal with the Yami Heart Gang, who works with Cadence.

Takeru, seeming for no reason, transforms into a powerful superhuman, agito, whenever in the presence of the being referred by the police as the "unknown or lord", a race of powerful monster that have been causing murders around tokyo targeting certain people as their prey. 2nd year middle school student tsubomi hanasaki has just moved with her family to kibougahana to live with her grandma.she is shy and introverted, but is determined to start off her school life at myoudou academy as confidently as possible.lately she has been having the same mysterious dream again and again of cure moonlight defeat at the great heart tree. she wonders what it all means. then suddenly,two fairies from tbe dream appear to her and before she knows it, she is transformed in the legandary pretty cure cure blossom! later joined by her high energy classmate and new friend erika kurumi as cure marine the two girl vow work hard to protect everyone heart flowers from the gang the desert messenger. another trouble lord, g3 and agito work together whether they should join up and defeat the unknowns, or to combat each other,keeping the mysteries that entwine them separate. some day the kamen rider and the precures might work together to fight their own enemies to the world.

However, a sudden attack from a mysterious enemy came, and the Heart Seed of her new classmate, Erika Kurumi, is stolen. To save Erika's heart, she had no choice but to become a Pretty Cure and fight. However, Tsubomi was too weak and had no combat experience, so she was unable to fight the enemy on her first transformation. While Tsubomi was having a hard time, Hanasaki Sora, a boy with the same last name as Tsubomi, helped her. Under the witness of everyone Hanasaki Sora transformed into Kamen Rider Kabuto. Pretty Cure and Kabuto's meeting is where the story really begins. Together they fight against those who want to destroy the Great Heart Tree and protect humans from the WORM. During the battle, Tsubomi gradually uncovers the mystery surrounding Sora and learns the truth about the meteorite impact 7 years ago.
