Hot shot needs lots of medicine and seeing doctors a lot to help him. Hot shot's kind of bad so he needs a lot of care. But with the right care he can live a normal life. There Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same condition. They become best friends and go on adventures together with PH. (Humanized)
