There they doctors look at Hot shot and send him to the heart institute. There many tests are done and Hot shot is diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. Hot shot needs lots of medicine and seeing doctors a lot to help him. Hot shot's kind of bad so he needs a lot of care. But with the right care he can live a normal life. There Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same condition. They become best friends and go on adventures together with PH. (Humanized)
