He is a wonderful child who doesn't sit still for a second. He loves sports and he is full of hopes and dreams. Hot shot's parents are happy to have a healthy child. But one day things change. Hot shot starts to feel unwell. He is out of breathe, tired, dizzy, and his heart feels like it is pounding. His parents take him right away to Cincinnati children's hospital. There they doctors look at Hot shot and send him to the heart institute. There many tests are done and Hot shot is diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. Hot shot needs lots of medicine and seeing doctors a lot to help him. Hot shot's kind of bad so he needs a lot of care. But with the right care he can live a normal life. There Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same condition. They become best friends and go on adventures together with PH. (Humanized)
