After being diagnosed with severe Cardiac Dysrhythmia, April Summers has a life of living on the edge, waiting for her heart to give out. She lived vicariously, knowing she had a limited time to do all the things she wanted, she wasn't prepared to lead a long life. Until she met someone special, who made it a whole lot harder to come to terms with the fact that they wouldn't be able to grow old together.
