Ideas and lessons I got from life

Wendy Castro was a fourteen year old girl who didn't care if she wasn't perfect because she accepted that fact already. She wasn't pretty, nor was she smart. She knew she could never be as good as everyone else but she was okay with it. With a best friend that was perfect it was hard to be seen. She was fine with that too. Then one day a boy had to go and screw her life up. This boy was the person Wendy was a wingman for so no one would touch her friend that was flirted with everyday. He showed her the meaning of jealousy and sacrifice. The boy would sacrifice anything for this one girl he loved....but it wasn't Wendy, it was her best friend. Then the chain of pain will start She will start to break Start to crack Start to fall But which kind of fall? Fall as in break or fall as in love?

Daneen is supposed to be the usual Nigerian lady that grew up in an Air force military muslim family. Of course, she's supposed to know everything about growing up in the barracks, attending Air Force schools and all that right? Well what if she doesn't? What if she had spent her childhood indoors? What if she was in and out of the hospital till she was nine years old? Her birth having complications and the fact that she has the SC genotype can't be all roses right? And did her health problems only affect her growing up or will follow her to her marital home too? Also trust me when I say getting married to your overprotective brother's best friend and course mate means inviting a lot of drama. Especially if he comes from a dramatic royal home. Will love alone be enough for her to 'live' when she gets married to a certain person from her childhood? Aahil, just as his name implies is a prince. Not exactly royally, but he was born into an elite home. His family known Nationwide due to their influence I'm the business world. Well, his childhood wasn't all perfect either, after he was diagnosed with autism. He was whisked away for 'better treatment' by his father. His helpless mother had to watch her five year old prince being taken away to stay with her sister in-law in the US. But do they really know what he went through over there? He grew up with his wall up, thinking that's the best way to get rid of his problems. And I should also add that his relationship with his father isn't normal. So, how will his Ash from his childhood who he had always wanted to protect impact his life? Find out what fate has in store for the both of them when they marry.

It's not like the movies. You know, the cliches. The ones where you throw your cap up in the air on graduation day, then you get drunk off your ass during the afterparty. It's not what you expected. You expected, freedom, choices, the taste of youth in adulthood. Yea I once thought that I'd be smiling on my graduation day. I thought I'd be that girl in the 'never before seen' dress and the exotic shoes, smiling and waving like a pageant queen as I took my step towards my diploma. I thought I'd be excited. But as I walked in my combat boots and punk/modern princess like dress I realized 'I'm scared'. I looked around at my graduating class. They all had glowing smiles on their faces and a visible bounce of excitement in their step. I, however, plastered a fake smile on my face and I tried to pull my cheeks into a believable grin but my eyes said otherwise. My eyes were glassy and stinging as tears threatened to rain down my face and create a river I the flood.I was scared. I'm not ready.
