Hannah needs medication and more surgeries possibly for the rest of her life and a possible heart transplant. Orko and Dree Elle love their daughter very much and they are determined to help her and encourage her to be strong as she grows. Hannah has to go to earth on a regular basis. She also becomes the first alien who gets a wish from make a wish after it goes intergalactic and be the first wish granting organization to do so. Hannah is a kind and loving child and she is a brave heart warrior that helps show that you don't have to be a mighty hero, champion, or soldier to brave and strong in adversity.

Quickshadow is a pediatric nurse who now works at Cook Children's hospital They are very happy that their baby was going to be born in a few months. However there joy turns to worry when they find out their baby has a severe heart defect. They turn to Cook children's hospital who offers care for their baby. Their son is born and they name him Hot shot. Hot shot has several surgeries his first few years. Hot shot has friends he made at the hospital with similar heart defects. Hot shot at five years old needs a new heart. He is put on the transplant list. This one might be the first one done at Cook Children's. Hot shot finds out his friends need new hearts too. They hope to get new hearts soon. (Humanized)

The doctors run a series of tests and tell them Hot shot has dilated cardiomyopathy and is in severe heart failure and needs a heart transplant. Hot shot is put on the heart transplant list and Quickshadow works there is good heart transplant program there Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same condition who also need new hearts. Three boys Hoist, Medix, and Wedge and a girl named Whirl. Hot shot has to be hospitalized due to his condition and never gives up hope for his new heart. His friends don't give up either. The doctors do many tests and then she is diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and it is really bad because it went undiagnosed for so long causing serious heart failure now her only option is a heart transplant which means she needs a new heart. Hannah is ready to brave and not give up hope. She also becomes the first alien who gets a wish from make a wish after it goes intergalactic and be the first wish granting organization to do so. She shows everyone a little hope and always having it will get you through your darkest days.

Hot shot was born with several heart defects, TOF, TGA, two VSD, ASD, Aortic Stenosis, hypertrophy of left ventricle and tachycardia. Hot shot has had to take 6 medications, had 9 open heart surgeries, 10 cardiac catheterizations, 22 hospital stays, and take 6 medications daily. Hot shot has friends Hoist, Medix, Whirl and Wedge who also have several heart defects which lead to several surgeries, catheterizations, hospital stays, and medications. They soon find out once they are five they need new hearts they stay in the hospital where they were always treated Texas Children's hospital. Hot shot and his friends don't give up hope.
