In the eyes of others, however, there's only been Tyler. Tyler had bided his time creating a sketch of how he depicts the voice in his head, Josh, as a physical appearance. This book was inspired by the song "Heathens" by Twenty One Pilots. This book is about a group called The Heathens. They work for a company called K.I.S, aka Kill in Silence. The company is known for helping 3rd world countries against terrorist threat and also shelter the people in need, but they have something more sinister in mind.
