When Hiccup figures out how to free dragons and bring them to safety, he brings them all back to berk. Although Astrid and Gobber warn him about how much of a bigger target they are to hunters. Hiccup tries his best to keep everyone safe, but he doesn't want to let Toothless go, because they are life long friends. Atleast that's what Hiccup wants. Gobber wants Astrid to marry Hiccup because aparenlty she is the only one around with commen sense, he says. They aren't ready to get married, but Hiccup doesn't want that to get in the way of their relationship because he truly loves Astrid. Astrid really does want to marry Hiccup but she doesn't know how to tell him and she doesn't want to rush things. Valka is also trying to help Astrid with Hiccup. Will everything turn Hiccups world upside down or downside up?

This is a story after Dragon's Edge but before HTTYD 2 so they just help sick dragons and the occasional trader, but this story is not without the ships Hiccstrid, Heatherlegs and possibly Rufflout. Heather is now a fully fledged dragon rider because someone else now is ruling Beserker Island. Dagur is with Mala but sometimes stays over.
