Elliot Gardner used to have a perfect life. Until the day his Dad dies and his Mom decides that she can't handle staying in one place for more than a few days. A year of this and Elliot was done. He wanted a stable life. So what does his mother do? She stops in a small town, buys a house, and only stays for a couple weeks. Now, she works with a travel agency. She's the one who travels with the clients who wish to have a guide. Elliot lives alone with only a few friends to keep him company and a check in the mail every week for food and other necessities. Jayce was the son of a powerful vampire lord. That is until his little brother overthrew him and cursed his very existence. Vampires already depend on humans for a living, but now Jayce forever tied to the creatures. He meets Elliot one day and becomes interested instantly. Elliot is not amused with his new roommate.
