A Heath Ledger Joker Origin Story Bailey Wayne is the younger sister of billionaire playboy, Bruce Wayne by 5 years. As an 18 year old, she lives with her brother in their mansion on the outskirts of Gotham City. Jack Napier is the son of criminal mobsters, Frank and Cora Napier. As an 18 year old, he lives with his parents in a small, rundown house in the Narrows, within the heart of the Gotham. Gotham City is known by most to be a very dangerous city where in it darkness thrives in every corner. As crime rates continue to rapidly grow and Gotham becomes much less safer and unstable to live in, Bailey Wayne and Jack Napier must find a way to survive it with or without each other, or it might just cost them their sanity.

Roxie ends up at Arkham Asylum since she managed to escape from all the others. She intends on escaping from Arkham, only to realize that its a little more difficult and different than the other funny farms. She will need help, but she will soon discover that Gothams most dangerous criminals live in this lonely asylum.

Evangeline Striker. 25 years old. Has a PHD in psychology, and is a current Dr. at the Arkham Asylum. What happens when a past patient is back? Will Eva be able to handle another criminal? Or will she give in to the madness?

Eliza Murphy is at the bottom of the totem pole at her new job. Being the rookie reporter means much worse then getting coffee for the office. Her editor assigns her on "Underworld Update" which sends her to the worst parts of Gotham interviewing the worst of the worst criminals. Eleanor can't complain seeing as a word of ungratefulness will get her fired from the most popular growing blog in the city. One night she goes to a particularly rough club to seek out The Penguin for an interview, and instead runs into the Clown Prince of Crime himself. (With some help from the batfam) Eleanor manages to escape before things can get too...funny. Hearing about the encounter, her editor assigns her to a new case; The Joker. When he lays low on his return to the city it almost always means he's working on something bigger, that something is now Eleanor's job to find out.
