Before Harley if people ask T-T and a few months before the killing of Robin (August), so the Joker doesn't have his grilled teeth or the "damaged" tattoo on his forehead if yk what I mean then yk. Tho he does some of his other tattoos and somewhat still dresses the same. This Joker takes the form of the Suicide Squad Joker with other blends of others. (maybe some reference from others too.)
