ITS HICCSTRID!! This has been written over the course of about 4 years, so if you don't want to put up with the cringe writing feel free to skip to 'wait! She's your...' because that's when the writing starts to go uphill :) Most are based during/after rtte and httyd 2. A couple set either earlier or later. Only one modern. The writing quality is all over the place, so my apologies if some are hard reads. A little angst, a little humor and a lot of fluff! Just cuteness!! Please leave a suggestion or feedback! Hiccup had been friends with Jack a year longer than he had Toothless. Pretty much everyone on Berk could see the winter sprite, and he had been accepted into the group. The twins loved pulling pranks with him, Astrid loved making fun of Snotlout with him, Fishlegs loved studying him (Jack being a magical being and all), Snotlout loved competing to see who was faster (Jack always winning), and Hiccup.... Well, Jack was Hiccup's best friend. Other than Toothless, anyway. They told each other everything.But things change when they have to go on a mission to help a friend. And allies of Berk. Meanwhile Merida and Rapunzel are having their own adventure on the mainland, meeting a strange woman who tells them to find two boys to help them on their mission. She says that they have the same goal, but the two have trouble believing her. That is, until one day a few weeks later, when the boys she mentioned find them, giving them dire news. Can they meet their goals before time runs out? Or will their foes win. (Contains Boy x Boy. Don't like, don't read.)

This is a book of discussion articles dedicated in detailing the three minor non-canon pairings in Dragons: Race to the Edge: Minlout (Snotlout/Minden), Heathlegs (Fishlegs/Heather), and Ruffthrok (Throk/Ruffnut). In this book, we'll discuss the overall summaries of these pairings, their history, their relationship dynamics, and also the general reaction of the pairings from the overall Fandom. We'll also be going into the minute details as to why these pairings should be together, and also why they weren't able to be together in the canon (other than the fact that the TV franchise isn't canon according to DreamWorks). not every relationship works out and clearly this one didn't. Dreamworks did not explain how the spilt up so this is a made up story
