Its the 71st Hunger Games and the districts are getting restless. Effie has heard conversations around the Capitol that there might be a rebellion in the near future, are these hunger games the spark the districts need? The rebellion isn't the only thing that has sparks beginning fly, Effie might be falling for district 12's Haymitch Abernathy. brooklyn westbay from district six was fourteen years old during the 65th annual hunger games. luckily, she wasn't picked. however, a certain young lad caught her eye on the screen from the reaping. finnick odair. she became more and more mesmerized by his bravery during the games. that is until he visits district six for the victory tour. the next three years went by incredibly quick as she got more terrified for the 68th reaping. It is the 4th quarter quell. 8 will be reaped from each district, but it will be picked at random, so there could be all female tributes from a district, and there will be 96 tributes this year and only one will survive.
