Its been two hundred years since the power of the atom was used to cleanse the world. Like the machines used, people have clung to life and crawled back up, some more literally. During this apocalyptic hell fire, the city of Chicago and the surrounding area was engulfed in a tidal wave of nuclear water from Lake Michigan. People have still survived, but were forced to make choices they'd have to life with. And some secrets never die.
