Twilight, a young kitsune ( half fox half human) , was middle born of her litter. Her sister , Katniss, was the second weakest of the litter. Kitsunes are humans until they are one hundred years old. By then they can transform into foxes. Twilight, Katniss, and their sisters were one moon old. The thing is, the kitsune population is 85% girls so the guys have to have more than one mate each year. When a boy kit is born there is a celebration. But when a mother gives birth to only girls, the kits aren't even acknowledged! Twilight and her sisters aren't welcome to their clan, unlike most girl kits, their clan is too populated with girls. So they are being sent out into exile. What will happen to the outcasts? Author's note: this is my first book if someone actually reads it and don't be mean if i do a horrible job.
