I live in modern day time when all the girls are sleeping around and the guys are too but nobody cares cause they're guys and fack logic. Yeah "fack". But wolves? They are my spirit animal and I love them. I like to sneak out and visit them. I have strict but loving parents so I don't do sleeping around. But all of a sudden my life is gonna get pretty hectic . Especially when I'm not the angel they thought I was. Now on my 16th birthday they're setting me free. Uhh ohh, this hasn't happened before. What is my calling? I'm ... confused.... This is my life, an 11 year old girl. Whos the youngest in her class, grade 6. Gets bullied by her own friends. And her friend starts cutting her wrists, causing her to get councilling. And my friend Carissa has a horrible background story to tell.

Lexington is a girl in a small town, living within the untied states, who's government believes that once a year for 13 hours people should be alowed to do things that are illegal, especailly killing someone. what happens when someone brings down the government and puts the whole world under the influence that its okay to purge for the rest of their lives? There is no government anymore, so why not? Lexington has to find a way to keep her brother alive, as well as juggle her boyfriend who she deeply loves, deal with her psychotic illusions, and find her mother who is miles away in oregon with her Grandmother Victoria. Will Lexington survive the everlasting purge on her journey? or will she die? Read to find out . . .

Sometimes it just amazes me what an unpredictable, twisty-turny roller coaster life is and why I marvel at the fact people commit suicide- they could kill themselves but the day after their death they could've met the love of their life or won the lottery- we'll never know (and neither will they). Obviously there's a lot more to being suicidal but what I'm trying to say is life has the capacity to throw you more than a curve ball. I'm so guilty of always having to be doing something, and forget to just be sometimes, and I think the same is true for most people who lead active, full and busy lives. But sometimes we need to take a step back and reflect on the bigger picture, away from all life's crazy chaos.
