You don't have to read Inconsolable to dive into this one, but it may make the dynamics of this iteration of D-Tent make sense due to it being an alternate universe of that fic.

"Shayyla? Shayyla Barron?" I stood up quickly, straightening out my dress. "You are guilty for the crimes committed. I could send you to jail and not lose one bit of sleep over it," the judge said. "But, there is a vacancy at Camp Green Lake. So what'll it be?" I leaned into the microphone. "I-I've never been to a camp before, so I guess I'll take camp?"

D tent went to a summer camp, not close to camp green lake at all. It felt weird not digging holes everyday. but it felt good at the same time. but it would become their nightmare. perhaps camp green lake was better this time. but who would know?
