Every witch draws power from the source with which they were born. Sun witches draw power from the sun, storm witches draw power from storms and so on. But there is one witch that is rarer than any other. Lunar core witches differ from regular lunar witches in that instead of drawing power from the moon, they draw power from moonstone, a stone so rare that it takes very long to find and a lot of intense rituals to harvest. Heeseung is a lunar core witch, and he thought his moonstone supply would last him longer than it has. His current supply will only last him a year, less if someone really is draining him like he suspects. So now he has to travel through treacherous, coven-owned lands just to find more moonstone, lands you have to either be in a coven or be very lucky to get through. But Heeseung has learned that being in a coven is more dangerous than solitude, so he refuses to join one. On his journey, however, he will meet plenty of witches who are determined to change his mind, such as a surprisingly warm winter witch and a pesky hedge witch who is much more alive than the dead he gets his magic from. Heeseung can only hope he can get to his moonstone before he fades from the world forever.

Riki was happy in his relationship with Heeseung, until one day a tragic event changed everything. Years later, Riki meets a man who will change his life. But will it be for the better or for the worse? Only time will tell. TW// character death, angst.
