This is a rewrite of the book that never got finished by me under the same name. It kinda sucked and I wasn't happy how I portrayed the characters so I'm rewriting it. This is it! Evan Hansen is one month into recovery after surviving a near-fatal suicide attempt. With the help of his friends and his mother, he is healing. He is learning, however, that healing is not linear. There are high points and low points, and nothing about it is easy. This sequel to "Another World" focuses primarily on Evan's recovery, and the lasting depression and regret that comes after an attempted suicide. Many points that are made will be connected to the first book, and I suggest that you read it first! It is also recommended that you have read, watched, or listened to "Dear Evan Hansen."

He never meant to make it such a mess. He never thought that it would go so far. Evan Hansen can't take it anymore. His mom won't talk to him. His "family friend" wont talk to him. He gets disapproving looks through the entire day. When he goes to end it all, something surprising occurs. Or the Dear Evan Hansen fanfic where Connor comes back to life. Some of the character are mine, but most of them aren't. If you haven't read the book or heard/seen the musical this story will be confusing. This story is gay, GAY I TELL YOU. Evan and Connor have been best friends ever since kindergarten Connor knows evan so trans and respects him for it . His parents don't know and Zoe knows but always gets his pronouns wrong by accident. Evan feels like he isn't him and is a mistake but Connor and heidi i so that isn't true they love him . Connor and Evan are crushing on each other and can't wait or tell the other how they feel .
