Tanis Fox, a high school student born in the year 2006, has entered the world of Zi-O where he meets Sougo Tokiwa, a high school student born in the year 2000 who always dreamed of becoming a king when they encounters a mysterious girl named Tsukuyomi, who hails from the future in a desperate effort to alter her dire future. She presents Sougo with an ominous warning "You will become the king of all time, Ohma Zi-O, a demonic king destined to rule the world.". Sougo takes up the mantle as Kamen Rider Zi-O to stop the Time Jackers from destroying the very fabric of space-time using Another Riders while protecting the legacy of the Heisei Kamen Riders that came before him. During his journey alongside Geiz Myokoin, a Kamen Rider from Tsukuyomi's future, and the mysterious prophet Woz who reminds Sougo of his demonic destiny, they will meet their esteemed predecessors who they must gain their trust and powers from in order to create a new future for the Kamen Riders and mankind itself. This is the story of a Kamen Rider who would be king, who will fight to save the past, present, and future, encountering the various Heisei Kamen Riders throughout space-time

This is a remake of my original Neo Decade book. This book focus on the Heisei Rider Worlds Arc. Two years after the defeat of Gyze, third year student, Shindou Chrono wanting to learn astrophysics to meet Dran again. But his life has changed after he received the Neo Decadriver and meeting Watz, a Quartzer who serve Ohma Zi-O. Now he fights as Kamen Rider Decade to connect all the rider worlds and fight Ohma Zi-O.

But suddenly, his daily life has become flipped when a storm lurks over the train he's riding and after that, he's gone dark from the world he lived on.
