Shizuo begins to have a bad feeling so he calls Celty, telling her that she believed Izaya was in trouble. When Celty finds Izaya, he is really in a bad state so she takes him to the hospital. Finally, with an unconscious Izaya, Shizuo goes to visit him, fearing that this was the time were he would actually die.
