Shooting lasers from your eyes, changing the weather at will, controlling the elements, flying or even reproducing clones during battle are just a few of a hero's possible superpowers to save the day. But... This story isn't just about a random hero in a random city. Shizuo Heiwajima isn't someone you'd call, ordinary. He is Ikebukuro's strongest man. He could also be the most violent one. Because of those... He's also the most brooding and tormented guy around. But, he never lets anyone see through his blue shades so even his friends, nor Izaya, doesn't know about what's really inside the tough and indestructible Shizuo. Sato Hoshizora is just an ordinary girl. She's just like every girl in Ikebukuro. She could also be easily ignored and unnotice. Because of that... She's the most observant and kind stranger in town. But being the way she is, most people who meet her appreciate her but eventually forget about her. When Shizuo met Sato, two incomplete puzzles will become one.

Shizuo is asked to take care of his brother's cat. As he is on his way to take it home, a heavy storm is forming and he meets no other than Izaya Orihara. "Borrowing" the raven's umbrella, they both end up soaking wet anyway and Izaya somehow miraculously ends up staying at Shizuo's apartment for a sleepover.

Worst enemies, forced to take care of a child. What's the worst that could go wrong? (By the way, I am the slowest ever at updating, be warned.)

"It will all be over, Izaya. The fear, us, your love for Heiwajima Shizuo, it will all be gone. These stupid emotions would not exist anymore. You'd be free, Izaya." An usual day goes on with the usual daily fight between two of the strongest men in Ikebukuro. The usual fight plays on with the usual attack/defense coreography, the usual remarks and insults, the usual glares and the usual reactions. That same usual fight stops suddenly at the not so usual statement. It was probably supposed to be the opposite, which would be a part of the usual, but something different slipped past the ex-bartender's lips. Poor guy, don't you judge him for his mistake. You see, he was most probably preparing his mind to voice out the usual words - "I'll kill you!" or "I hate you!" His hyperactive mind must have simply mistaken the thoughts and subconsciously changed the similar words. Because, you must admit it to be true, nobody was expecting Heiwajima Shizuo to scream at the top of his lungs at Orihara Izaya's face - "I LOVE YOU!" Hello~! Long time no see~! This story was inspired by a request from @Izaya_Orihara579. She just wrote a Shizaya fic and needs support so she can keep on writing and growing with us here on Wattpad so please~ go check her account! Now, this is pure fluff and a bit crack, of course being who I am there are some darker things mentioned in the story but it is mainly fluff and humor and cute Shizaya all over!
