Mara is the typical university student that gets good grades and volunteers in an aged care home. She is also a midnight baby, and part of a family of witches. Witches born at midnight are told to have special abilities but the birth of such became rarer through the centuries and only a handful of midnight witches are born in every generation. Years after discovering her magic and getting carefully taught by her grandmother, she is now ready to take the witching trials on the summer solstice, just after she turns 21 years of age. Packs of gold-weeping dogs, undead creatures, and rogue witches and wizards seem to have appeared out of nowhere, sensing her ascension. Her choices begin to narrow and desperate for answers she turns to her Coven, which seems to be working with a hidden agenda of their own. Confused and afraid, she doesn't know who to turn to. Her parents were never gifted and her grandmother is in Europe. Her best friends both start acting strangely and the only person that seems to be there wherever she goes is a mysterious girl with lilac hair. Join me during my journey. I had decided to get back into witchcraft; along with creepypasta research. I stumbled upon Sweet1600ths' and driedfleurs' books; finding it extremely interesting. I was pleased to find out there were other practitioners out there that took this seriously. Im not sure if they post anywhere anymore, but i plan on to continue posting consistently.
