Ai Enma was the prodigy of Enma clan, well known for its dangerous power and threats to the other clan. she was very caring and friendly on the contrary was feared by the villagers due to her power. hence she was constantly bullied by the other kids at her young age until then a boy named Madara Uchiha stood up and promised to protect her. as the time flew Ai and Madara developed romantically relationship together, both kept on helping each other's back, however during the war between senju and uchiha clan ended with izuna's death (madara's younger brother) he became obsessed with seeking power to reclaim his clan as the strongest clan in the world resulting killing his own beloved Ai Madara's betrayal brought an immensed hatred, she vows to hate him and cursed to bring a revenge to the world. Due to her strong vengeance, the king of yomi-no-kuni (land of darkness/hell in japanese) grants her wishes and appointed her as the "hell girl / jigoku shoujo" to drag people who has unforgivable sins to hell. But her main objective of being the hell girl is to kill Madara Uchiha, even though the wind brought news that Madara uchiha has been defeated by Hashirama Senju she still believes that her ex lover is still alive. Being immortal and decades has passed, she wanders alone and still serve the tasks as a hell girl

Enma Ai was tired and all of his servants knows about it. Once Grandma was now going to replace the tired girl to another one for her to continue the hell correspondence.
