Helpkilldepression Stories

This "story" is actually a life guide. My goal is to help people who I will probably never meet face and defeat problems like bullying, depression, a new school, and much more. I just want to reach out and say, "I care about your problems, let me help you." Each chapter will tackle a different issue. I will talk about what it really means, how you can help a friend who struggles with these issues, and how you can personally take down the problem to live a long and happy life. Disclaimer: I am not a professional in any of these issues; I'm just trying to help out. I hope that you find this book helpful.
