i couldn't find a story on here that was dedicated to mental health lines, so i decided to make one!!

These are some hotlines, organised by countries. We will update over time to include more hotlines in more countries!

in this book you'll find suicide-prevention/mental-health/etc helplines for a wide variety of countries. you're not alone - there are always those that are willing to help.

This book is a list of articles about how to get help in various countries and also some examples. A list of Help Lines will be compiled. Please feel free to contribute hotline numbers for all the countries in comments and we will add them
