Helppreventsuicide Stories

This book has things to prevent you from killing yourself. I know what it's like to be suicidal and depressed. I know what it's like to self harm yourself because I have been feeling the same way ever since I was 9 years old. I have tried to kill myself by slicing my neck with a really sharp knife. Hope this helps!!!
