Lady Marilena born on 2nd of October 2000 has a beautiful singing voice which enchants everyone who hear her but she also has a brain hemorrhage (when a blood vessel burst in her brain and fills it with blood). What happens when the leader of Bts Kim namjoon or else known as Rm falls in love with her despite her condition. Will he be able to help her survive or will she die?
