Ella Buckley had everything she could have ever wanted. A husband who loved her with his whole heart and a career as an LAFD paramedic. However, things like that don't always last. It was supposed to be a routine welfare check however things went wrong. After a sniper left Ella fighting for her life it was up to her husband Buck and the rest of the 118 to help her through. PLEASE NOTE it is important to read the previous book as I will be referencing events from that book.

Buck never truly had much to his name. He had his memories and his personality and that's about it. Sooner of later something's going to claim even that but maybe he can gain anew.
