After life threw Alexander around for years, things finally started settling down. He had a loving family, an education, and caring friends. A home. But of course, the world isn't quite done with him just yet. When he starts talking to John Laurens, supposedly bratty, snobbish, rich John Laurens, and finds out that what people say about him are nothing but myths he finds himself tangled on a secret friendship which eventually morphs, quite accidentally, into something more with the South Carolinian. He can't let people know about them, especially not his lovable but oh so overbearing brother Lafayette. It gets even worse when feelings are thrown into the picture. But whatever, what Lafayette doesn't know won't hurt him, right?

Alexander Hamilton has to move to America to live with his cousin after his brothers can no longer take care of him. When be arrives, he happens to meet a fun new guardian, a French foreign exchange student, some siblings with secrets, a donkey kong queen, a few bullies, and the love of his life. Will life in New York be better then the Caribbean? Or will he end up in a bigger tragedy then before?

Alexander had a horrible life. He never got Close to people, always thinking that they would abandon him or hurt him. He also has a secret.... well not really a secret because he has no friends...... he's a prositute. John had a pretty good life. Of corse his dad was severely strict and beat him if he acted up. Of corse he was also very homophobic which means John had to hide who he really is... **disclaimer** I had this idea by reading other fanfics so this might be a tiny bit similar to them but it's not completely the same
